This was my first time photographing at Turner Hall Ballroom and The Pfister Hotel, and I’m here to report you wouldn’t have to twist my arm to photograph at either place again.
The Pfister hotel is a historic iconic landmark in downtown Milwaukee. The hotel has been around for 126 years, and it’s bursting with sophisticated and timeless charm. When you first step foot into the lobby, you can tell your time there will be an experience. Greeted with a beautiful mural on the ceiling and lots of Victorian interior design, you’ll need a few minutes to let your eyes wander and soak up the beauty.
Shawn and Zach started their wedding day at The Pfister getting ready & enjoying an intimate first look before heading to Turner Hall for the ceremony and reception.
Turner Hall, another historic landmark located in the heart of downtown Milwaukee, is truly magical. The two-story, open floor ballroom provides endless options to make it what you want.
The one thing I love is the romantic ambiance of Turner Hall. The way the sunlight pours through the south-facing windows really adds something special.
Alright, enough from me, let’s get into the images.
Special thanks to Tara Draper for having me along to help document Shawn & Zach’s wedding.
It was hard to narrow down what to share, but below is a look at how I saw this couple’s special day unfold.
