This was the first time I photographed at Oak Hill Farm in Apple River, IL, and what a beautiful experience. Surrounded by oak trees and carefully manicured lawns, everything about this place had a calming presence. You’ll see it’s the perfect mix of rustic, vintage and a splash of elegance.

As you scroll through, you’ll have to be on the lookout for the two donkeys that freely roamed the property and mingled with guests during cocktail hour. And how about that dessert table? Can we all take seconds, please?
