Finally sharing Joey and Antonia’s wedding from last December on the blog.
The day started with everyone getting ready at The Concourse Hotel before Joey and Antonia did their first look on the steps of the Wisconsin State Capitol. Downtown Madison is already a gorgeous area, and the addition of the garland and wreaths hanging from the capitol really added to the couples’ December wedding.
After the first look, we headed over to St James Good Shepherd Catholic Parish where Joey & Antonia made things official.
I loved all the personal touches incorporated, especially the Milwaukee Gospel Choir and the ceremony lead by Joey’s uncle Father Mike Bertram who is also based out of Milwaukee. Antonia said this was her one wish for her wedding day, and I couldn’t help but notice the smile on her face throughout the ceremony.
Joey & Antonia sure did a wonderful job incorporating a little bit of Milwaukee into their downtown Madison wedding, and everything came together beautifully.
After the ceremony, the wedding party, myself and Andy (on video) hopped on a bus and headed to a few outdoor locations for photos, then looped back to The Madison Concourse Hotel to kick off the evening.
